Hello, I'm Mari!

 

I believe creativity is the main tool to design and make my jewelry. I have been making things from nothing since I was 10 years old. My first big creation was a pair of pants made from a sugar cotton bag. It was a unique hand painted piece that called my friends attention. Since then, I couldn't stop!

 

My eyes are like a creativity machine; it looks at some "trash" and automatically it sees a beautiful artwork.

 

For the last few years I worked making and selling handmade jewelry. Having learned all by myself and selling on my neighbourhood I decided to opened up an on-line store. My main interests are recycled materials, such as: paper (boxes, sheets, pieces, cardboard, etc.), plastic (bottles, caps, CDs, etc.), cloth (any piece), and anything that I can turn into beautiful jewelry or a useful piece and I aim to make a lot more pieces based on this.
